I’ll be interviewed by Dotun Adebayo on Radio 5 Live’s Up All Night Programme tomorrow. I’m told it will be on air at 03.35 on Friday 31st October. For those of you who’ll be tucked up in bed at that time, there is a listen again facility on 5 Live’s website here (Scroll along to about 2hrs and 30 minutes)

I understand that my book has now started to be delivered to stores and is also available to buy online at Amazon and the like.
Thank you for all the many enquiries I’ve had about this and I hope you enjoy it.
I am to do a book signing event at Borders in Birstall on 14th December between 1pm and 3pm.
I have had my very first copy of A Fair Cop delivered today just in time for my talk at the Morley Literary Festival tomorrow at noon.
It was a very strange moment knowing that the culmination of years of hard work was concealed within this small package.
The quality of the production is outstanding and I can’t wait for it to be on the shelves so that people can read my story. I hope this will set the record straight for what happened to me on 24th August 1997 and the impact it has had on me since then.
Thanks Clare and Heather (The Friday Project) for helping me to get this far.
I’m told there’s no such thing as bad publicity so I was really pleased to see a great double-pager in The Sunday Sport today.
It was mainly centred around extracts from the book and did a good job at representing some of its content.
For the record, I never used the word ‘shat’ in my book but the rest of the non extracted text was pretty accurate.
Thanks to The Sunday Sport for the exposure.
I have had a number of enquiries from people who have purchased my book from Amazon. The status shown for my book is ‘temporarily out of stock’ which means that the book will not be despatched until the next batch arrives. please be patient and the book will be delivered.
Of course, it will be available in the shops very soon too and I’ll be doing signings at the Morley Literature Festival on Sunday 19th October at the Town Hall from noon.
As always, your interest and desire to buy my book is both appreciated and humbling.
